Can hear them but they can't hear meIf you are experiencing one way audio where you can hear the other party but they cannot hear you, check the you have not accidently turned the mute on on your telephone. This is usually what this issue is.
One other possible issue is if you have a flip cell phone. Some flip cell phones need to be left in the open state to work properly.
